Procedure Flowcharts and Documentation

This service is writing up business procedures so that everyone knows what must happen on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The procedures need to be clear and concise so that anyone can read and understand.

We can do the following for you:

Write accounting/payroll procedure manuals which can be used for new/existing staff
Write procedures to document a single process e.g. stock building, purchase orders
Check existing procedures and recommend changes to them
Check procedures to be sure that the software is being used correctly and work is not duplicated.
Recommend changes to existing software or an add-on product where necessary
