What do we do?

Meet to determine the issues – agree on an implementation plan
Setup a new company file from a new month (as agreed)
Import the accounts list
Import the card files (customers/suppliers/employees)
Import sales and purchases (either closed or open)
Import orders - sales and purchases
Setup forms
Download and import the cashbook from the bank. Apply payments and code cash entries
Reconcile debtors, creditors and bank
Double check file for reasonableness

How long does the rebuild take?

Allow 8 - 20 hours of consulting time depending on the complexity and your level of ability. We guide you through the rebuild, we carry out the imports and you do the data entry work.

What experience do we have?

We have > 20 years hands on consulting experience with accounting software. Our consultants are experts with MYOB Accounting packages as well as Xero.
