Outsourced Bookkeeping Service

The outsourced booking service we offer is for small and medium businesses who don’t have the time or resources to do it themselves in-house.

What we do for you

  • Enter creditors – generally we scan these from email
  • Prepare the Bill Payments. Once approved upload the bank file ready for you to pay.
  • Enter all other payments and receipts from bank feeds. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Reconcile debtors and send end of month statements.
  • Do debt collection & recovery.
  • Run GST returns and file
  • Balance inter-company accounts
  • Run Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet monthly

How long does it take?

Allow 2 – 16 hours per week depending on the number of transactions. Work may be done on-site or off-site. Regular meetings are necessary.

What experience do we have?

We have > 20 years hands on experience with MYOB and other accounting packages.


Most of our accounts people are MYOB Certified Consultants but prefer bookkeeping to consulting/training. They are highly trained and get the work done fast and efficiently.

How much does bookkeeping cost?

Costs vary depending on the expertise of the bookkeeper and the complexity of the work. Generally, $35 - $65 + GST per hour or we can agree on a monthly rate.

Our 'go to'

AccountAgility is our ‘go to’ when we have clients getting messed up with their MYOB files. Lynley will go in, health check the file, correct the errors and train the bookkeeper to follow best practice.

We look after the client’s tax requirements, but she will dig deep into the software to ensure the reports are reliable.
