Payroll Software WOF/Health Check

This service is for any organisation running an MYOB Payroll.

Our WOF checks to ensure your payroll is compliant. The process can be done on-site or remotely. We check that you’re paying the correct rates for holidays, automated IRD payments and everything else to give you peace of mind in your payroll and leave any compliance issues in the past.

What do we cover in the WOF?

Check the set-up of your payroll and your employee’s according to current legislation
Reconcile and correct errors in annual leave/HP calculations
Check 52 week leave earnings history
Check permanent/default transactions for each employee
Check and make corrections to employees and pay codes eg bonus, commission payments, deductions with reducing balances.
End of year payroll procedures – checks to make and reports to run.
Payroll reports and end of period reports.
Check general ledger postings for correctness

How long does the WOF take?

Allow 2 hours depending on the size and complexity of the payroll. We will make recommendations during the hands-on session.
