This service is for organisations needing a payroll software package set up. MYOB have a wide range of different payroll packages. We'll help you choose the right one & set it up.

What do we do?

Meet you and agree on your payroll requirements
Agree with you on new payroll software – provide a cost for software, migration and training
Arrange for the payroll license
Set up your new payroll file/s
Set up any additional deductions/allowances
Enter cost centre and pay points
Enter employee details, leave balances and other details
Load up permanent payments and deductions
Load up YTD earnings since 1/4/xx
Load up leave balance and check leave report against your manual payroll system.
Enter the 52 weeks of holiday pay history from your pay book or your spreadsheet
Run 1 or 2 pays with you
Initial training on your new payroll system including how to payday file

How long does setup take?

Allow 2 - 4 hours depending on the size and complexity of the payroll. Further training may be required depending on your current knowledge and experience.
